What will you do?

This role is a newly created role and you will be a critical member of our team. You will be ultimately responsible for the development, maintenance, review and performance of our Website

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and wider Digital Marketing Team, as well as IT and support functions.

You will focus on Continuous Improvement, developing your own ideas and lessons learned to facilitate change and ensure security standards and best practice are met consistently.

You will be responsible for managing the website, ensuring content is correct and up to date in addition to making sure that back office and technical functions are maintained.

You will be responsible for Google settings, and be in constant contact with the hosting agency and monitor website development

This role is a hybrid position where we would expect a blend of in-person time at our Leicester Head Office, and remote working. As a result you will need to have a driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

We will need a few things from you…

* SEO experience is key

* CMS knowledge is imperative

* A demonstratable knowledge of how websites work

* Experienced in a similar role

You will not have a team to manage but rather a function so it is important that your time is spent proactively monitoring the website and ensuring that content is regularly reviewed and optimised. You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Head of Sales and Data Analytics Manager

You will be adaptable to rapid pace of business change, conflicting priorities

Most of all though, you will be an outstanding communicator, able to quickly build and nurture productive working relationships with your team, the wider function, and key stakeholders across the business.
