We are seeking a Typist / Administrator to work for our award winning client based in Poole.
Our client is a leading construction company requiring an experienced Administrator to work as part of their small but friendly team.
This role is busy and varied producing correspondence, reports and minutes using Company templates.
Requirements for the position include accurate typing, excellent communication skills, familiarity of Microsoft Office including Outlook, the ability to format documents to Company standards, a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise work.
This position would suit someone with a background in Surveying, Estate Agency or from a firm of Solicitors. The role will involve lots of formatting word documents, therefore a candidate who is comfortable with this is essential.

Salary: £21,800 per annum – £23,700 DOE
Hours: 8.45 to 5.15 Monday to Thursday and 8.45 to 4.15 Friday with 1 hour break per day.
There is no requirement for working weekends/Bank Holidays or between Christmas and New Year.
Salaries are reviewed annually.
