A growing online/ecommerce company are recruiting for a Graduate/ Trainee Ecommerce Executive. This is a varied and exciting opportunity for a motivated person to develop their career working as part of the Ecommerce team. Full training will provided working in their prestigious offices
Responsibilities include:
Day-to-day management of marketplace channels
Processing orders from vendor central, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Liaising with the Buying and Sales teams for up-to-date product information
Listing and setting up new
Liaising with warehouse for order preparation and stock replenishment
Working closely with merchandising team to ensure stock is available orders
Troubleshooting and resolution of an issues
Liaising with external haulage companies to book, chase and plan orders to multiple Amazon fulfilment warehouses
Using Microsoft Office, create and manage tracking documents ensuring accurate up-to-date information is available
What you ll need to succeed:
Graduate keen to develop their career working in Ecommerce
A passion for online retailing, and an enthusiastic, creative drive to succeed
Able to work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative
Excellent communication and organisation skills
IT literate with Microsoft Office
