Telecoms engineer 28-35k basic, Laptop, Phone, Car or Car benefit

What we are looking for:

Telecoms Engineering; install and support Hosted and Traditional phone systems

Hosted PBX services

3CX

TelcoSwitch

Gamma Horizon

Opportunities for Training on new manufacturer s equipment and comms solutions

1st / 2nd line support office and on site

Provision all equipment and services for each installation

Pre-installation meeting with clients on site and ownership of the project to hand over.

Client sign off documentation

Aim for 100 % customer satisfaction, reviewing latest developments and improving the service offerings where appropriate

Techical Environment:

Hosted PBX installation and support

Knowledge of Gamma Horizon

TCP/IP networks, Subnetting, VLANs, ACL, STP, QoS

SIP, WAN/LAN

Structured cabling methods

WLR3 – Wholesale Line Rental 3

Installation and technical support on telephony systems

Fault finding on routers, switches, ATAs, Handsets

Company Vehicle
Laptop / Mobile Phone or Allowance
Regular business travel
Willingness to work overtime when required, both out of hours and weekends
