- Technical authoring practices
- Cloud, SaaS, and IaaS structures and principles
- Strong problem solving skills, including the ability to apply creative and innovative thinking, challenge the status quo and drive beneficial process improvement
- Excellent relationship management skills, including the ability to agree and then manage the scope of activity
- An ability to define, and drive technical infrastructure and application decisions and initiative
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
- Ability to facilitate workshops and effective solution identification
