Studio Project Manager

My Client integrated agency, based in Surrey. The agency provides a blend of commercial and creative work for clients ranging from local government and charitable organisations to national and international blue-chip
You will report to the Account Director and assist across developing briefs and working internally to create exceptional work on time and within budget.
You will collaborate with different teams and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to budget.
You must be highly organised and ready to hit the ground running.
The role involves project and systems management, so your administration skills must be excellent, and you will need to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy, whilst following agency and client processes.
Daily review of workflow and work in progress and work with the Account Managers to prioritise projects and plan forthcoming work within the studio
Assign projects / work to the relevant designer
Scope and cost projects, create estimates, create project timelines
Stay on top of projects / WIP, scheduling briefings and internal reviews between designers / account team, follow up with work in the studio to ensure it is completed as planned
Quality Checking and proof reading against client brief
Project reconciliations and identifying solutions for out-of-scope
1-2 years agency experience, preferably in a full service / through the line agency, is desirable but not essential
Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
Excellent spoken and written communications skills
Inclusive process and collaborative skills, involving the right people at the right time to get the job done in the best way possible
Ability to work well under pressure without losing focus on attention to detail
Confidence, and a persuasive manner both externally and internally when working with colleagues and other stakeholders
Be a problem solver – foresee potential issues before they arise, seek solutions Strong relationship building and problem-solving skills
