Social Media Lead – Professional Services

London, Flexible working

Circa £90,000 + bonus + excellent benefits

12 month FTC

Salt has partnered with a well known professional services brand on a 12 month FTC Social Media Lead role.

You will be responsible for the development of their consumer-first social media strategy across paid & organic social media campaigns, content planning and leading a team of talented team.

This is a very exciting time to join the business as they have lots of exciting plans to change, grow and make 2024 social-first!

Responsibilities

Lead the development of cross-channel social media strategy

Lead and develop a team of 6 with ability to support in every way possible

Oversee all paid and organic campaigns, content planning and production

Identify new opportunities, capabilities and platforms to drive step forward

Work with in-house content team, wider digital team, creators and influencers to drive business growth

Drive strategy but also be able to roll your sleeves up

Requirements

At least 7 years’ experience leading social media and community programs with demonstrable business growth

Highly knowledgeable of key social platforms – TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X & LinkedIn

Previous experience of managing and developing a team

Experience using 1st party data, audience development and targeting capabilities

Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
