A highly organised and Aftersales Service and Parts administrator / Service and Parts Coordinator administrator is required for our market leading engineering client based in the Aylesbury region of Buckinghamshire to provide excellent customer service and aftersales technical support and parts coordinating for the the heavy engineering parts division. This role would suit an enthusiastic customer service admin professional with good aftersales, technical service experience and knowledge or parts advisor / parts coordinator admin In return there is a excellent salary of circa £28k-£30k dependant on experience with excellent company benefits including annual company bonus and excellent pension scheme in an established reputable company. This exciting role would suit a customer focused admin professional with good experience of aftersales service, parts process experience or parts advisory, technical customer service experience . A sales admin / Parts professional with experience of providing excellent after sales service and /or technical advice to customers would be of interest eg within the car dealership, materials handling equipment industry or any technical, manufacturing engineering industry . This role requires a driven and dynamic hard working customer service professional who can deal with a variety of tasks, react to jobs straightaway and likes to get stuck in and be hands on with all the departments. You must be a real people person with a good sense of urgency and a trouble shooter. This is a full time permanent permanent position based in Aylesbury paying circa £28000k (maybe more circa £30k+ per annum for candidates who meet the criteria) The hours of work are 8.00am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday and requires a punctual hard working professional with a strong work ethic.

The ideal Aftersales Parts and customer service administrator candidate will have the following key skills and experiences;

Essential:

  • Experience in a similar role eg technical sales / after sales/ spares and parts administrator / parts advisor, after service etc
  • Experience and /or ability to manage after sales processes including warranty and repairs and aftersales administration documentation
  • Knowledge and experience of Parts ordering or Parts processes would be advantageous
  • Experience of similar role in a car dealership, materials handling equipment industry or any technical, manufacturing engineering industry
  • Experience and ability of process orders, sales quotations (using SAP or similar systems though full training will be provided)
  • Excellent customer service experience, excellent communication skills and excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office)

Desirable:

  • Aftersales / Parts / Export customer service experience within the heavy engineering, manufacturing industries or similar technical, construction plant industries although full training will be provided on clients equipment
  • Any EU languages as dealing with European customers and dealer sites (eg French, German)

The key responsibilities of this Service and parts coordinator role are;

  • Inbound and outbound customer calls,
  • Providing excellent and beyond customer service to UK and worldwide clients
  • Dealing effectively with customer enquiries about parts and technical issues, customer complaints regarding parts, mechanical equipment on site
  • Managing warranty issues arising from machine breakdowns and equipment
  • After training on specific company equipment, have a good understanding of key parts, technical manuals, drawings
  • Managing field service engineer workloads and Schedules of work
  • Administration of Service records
