Our client are looking to recruit an experienced service call coordinator. The job role includes the following:
- Using company software to log, assign and dispatch jobs to our mobile field staff.
- Ordering parts and raising quotes to customers.
- Report directly back to the office based service manager.
- You should have good communication skills and be able to make practical decisions to overcome service call issues that arise.
- A working knowledge of MS Office software is preferable.
20 days holiday, optional private healthcare.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00 – £25,000.00 per year
