Mitigo Group is a UK based leading provider of Cyber Security risk management services specialising within the Legal, Financial, Accountancy, Architecture plus many other specialist industries. Our services provide ongoing cyber risk management and outsources information security, so that they can stay protected 24/7.

The role:

Due to growth plans for 2024, we are expanding our sales team and recruiting for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join us. We re looking for budding talent, as well as experienced, with a background in outbound sales, and working in a KPI oriented environment.

You will be responsible for making initial contact with potential new customers, using the data from our CRM system, with the objective of generating appointments for our New Business sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who is target driven, confident, and who thrives off forging new relationships, getting to know prospects and their businesses and building their trust in Mitigo Group. We believe that the role of an SDR is just as key as any. You will be the first representation of Mitigo Group and so attitude, personality and ethical sales ability is a priority for this role.

Successful applicants will be provided with comprehensive and tailored training and development from day one and throughout.

We can offer remote options to experienced candidates, and hybrid for those who require training and development.

Some of your key responsibilities:

  • Making B2B outbound calls to new prospective customers
  • Identify qualified leads and nurture the initial stages of communication with those prospect
  • Developing new relationships with key accounts and acting as a Mitigo ambassador
  • Arranging and coordinating appointments between new customers and our sales team
  • Carrying out market research on potential new leads and target customers
  • Collaborating and communicating with our new business sales team
  • Managing pipelines using our CRM database (Salesforce and Zoominfo)
  • Being accountable for your time management, KPI s, and development
  • Delivering high levels of sales acumen and customer experience

Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience in outbound B2B sales
  • Excellent communication with both internal and external relationships
  • Listening to the prospect and gleaning information to help identify possible solutions to their problems
  • Fact finding about their business and asking effective questions
  • Showing confidence in rapport building
  • Quick thinking and solutions focused
  • Calm objection handling
  • Highly motivated and driven by positive and productive outcomes
  • Tenacity this job is tough but rewarding
  • Team player we like to learn from each other, share knowledge, as well as enjoy the job along the way

Basic salary:

£30,000 + OTE 10k (uncapped)
