We now have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Sales Consultant who will deliver a consistent and market leading standard of Sales Conversion and Service to prospective and existing BGLi Life customers. Working in a non-advised capacity you will be handling inbound and outbound calls, connecting the products to the customer’s requirements and handling customers concerns at the point of sale to achieve strong sales conversion and customer satisfaction levels.

Other key responsibilities will include

Providing coaching and sales support to consultants across the team
Supporting Team Leader with sharing insights into customer feedback, experiences, and trends, highlighting opportunities to the business to improve customer experience and commercial sales performance and training in where appropriate
Adhering to all regulation e.g. the FCA’s rules and principles, Data Protection Act & Money Laundering regulations
Demonstrating high service standards and role model behaviors within the team by always ensuring exceptional customer outcomes

What will it take to be successful

A proven track record of exceptional sales performance – meeting and exceeding targets and goals
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and confidently converts customer enquiries
Excellent communication skills delivering exceptional customer outcomes
Having the ability to switch discipline from inbound to outbound contact and customer entry points
Self-motivation to consistently deliver against performance targets whilst maintaining quality standards
Self-awareness, emotional resilience, and ability to respond to customer needs through effective rapport building

BGL Insurance has a hybrid approach to working. You will be required to be on site two weeks and WFH one week
