My client a reputable and established international professional membership body is currently searching for a Senior Partnerships Executive can be based from home remote with some infrequent travel to their London office.
The Role of Senior Partnerships Executive
To provide high quality support to the Head of New Markets Development. The role holder will support business development and relationship management activity across the priority markets, liaising with stakeholders, preparing presentations and providing briefings and management information to support the successful delivery of market plans.
Principal Accountabilities
Support the Head of New Markets Development in the organisation and delivery of business development and member engagement activities across priority markets
Act as a main contact for general enquires from members across the region
Prepare presentations, reports and insights to support the delivery of market plans
Undertake research (internal and external), including CRM data base to create reports which inform decision making
Collate data and metrics, to ensure progress is reported in relation to deliver of market plan
Support the Head of New Markets Development in the gathering of data and information to support market activity
Preparing communications and marketing collateral to support the active engagement of student members, members, universities and employers
Information gathering, to collect statistical data, undertake internet research, review financial reports and the CRM data base, to create reports which inform decision making
Draft emails and internal communications in support of the activities in the markets
Communicate with stakeholders across the business and externally
Build and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders (including employers and universities), ensuring that accurate records are maintained on CRM database
Manage regional member communities, developing and delivering a programme of engagement
Creating innovations to support the MDG in delivering the institute strategy
Ensuring effective communication across the Group and across the wider organisation.
Knowledge and Experience
Essential:
Knowledge of international markets and stakeholders
Experience of data analysis and collection
Excellent report writing and presentation skills
Relationship management of key senior internal and external stakeholders
Supporting a small but complex, globally focused team
Exceptional team working skills
First-rate communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Experienced user of Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Minute and note taking
Strong organisation and planning
Ability to handle pressures and deadlines, while working on multiple tasks.
Desirable:
Interest or experience of membership body / regulatory issues
Experience of working in an organisation with volunteer input
International experience or working with different cultures and cross-cultural working
Experience of working within a Key Account Management structure
Experience of B2B relationship management
