Overview: Senior Manager, Strategic Partnerships, EMEA job vacancy in Dublin recruiting now

You understand the industry and harness it to source, negotiate, launch, and optimize impactful co-marketing and integrated partnership opportunities with large SMB service providers, HR Tech platforms, and/or vertical-specific platforms that service businesses in need of hiring. You bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think creatively and work independently. You will provide the management team with the insights to drive sound and quick decision-making, and play a critical role in the expansion of Indeed s strategic partnership efforts in EMEA.
Build, manage and progress partnership opportunity pipeline.
Lead conception, implementation, and optimization of Indeed s strategic partnerships with the objective of driving growth and engagement of new spending employers on the Indeed platform.
Develop a solid understanding of Indeed s suite of products and services in order to identify the right partnership opportunities.
Structure complex problems, analyze data and information and propose new partnership opportunities and business models to Indeed s leadership team.
Lead flawless execution against recommendations, ensuring all internal and external stakeholders are aligned.
Build consensus among internal cross-functional teams, and influence decision making within senior-level audiences.
Become a subject matter expert on the HR Tech industry.

Who You Are
6+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships in the technology industry, where you have sourced, negotiated, launched and optimized both co-marketing and integrated partnerships.
Established network of contacts across large SMB service providers, HR Tech platforms, and/or vertical-specific platforms that service small businesses in need of hiring.
Proven track record of leadership experience working independently and cross-functionally to drive multiple projects to a successful outcome.
Comfortable developing quantitative and qualitative analysis to support business cases.
Proven track record of growing and scaling customer acquisition programs.
Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to comfortably interact with partner s and Indeed s leadership management.
Ability to interpret legal documents, and work with attorneys to finalize agreements.
Team player, willing and able to mentor and assist teammates operating in a similar function
Strong project management skills, including demonstrated ability to think end-to-end, manage long-term projects and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

Dublin 114,000 – 168,000 EUR per year
