Senior Content Designer Contract 6 Months Dublin My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Content Designer to join them on a contract basis.

The Content Designer will work on an agile design team dedicated to Small & Medium Enterprises, specifically our small business program. You’ll actively shape how end users experience this product solution across all phases of the product lifecycle. Specifically, you’d be responsible for content strategy, UX writing, and support documentation, ensuring that information is clear, consistent and intuitive. The Content Designer will be expected to write clear, consistent, concise and accessible product copy (UI content, notifications, banners, error messages, etc.) as well as longer-form copy for product distribution (marketing pages, product emails and technical communications, etc.)language that can be leveraged for UI and product comms.Establish, maintain and implement product style guidelines that capture strategic content decisions, language rules and value prop articulation.

Successful candidates will have have demonstrated expertise in writing and shaping content for digital products and services. You will have relevant work samples (e.g. UI text, style guides, messaging frameworks). You will have experience working in a CX/UX team and product design environment. you will have a highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, fluid environment. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence strategic direction and cross-functional stakeholders. It would be desirable if you had Payments or complex transactional product design experience. Three top skills in this role, UX writing, Content Strategy and Story Telling.
