Our client is seeking individuals who have strong relationship-building skills and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer accounts meticulously, ensuring timely and personalised communication
  • Utilise comprehensive product knowledge to promptly address enquiries and maintain regulatory compliance
  • Oversee the entire order process, ensuring clarity and meeting deadlines
  • Ensure product samples meet high-quality standards before dispatch and escalate issues as necessary
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Coordinators to streamline documentation and provide accurate quotations
  • Organise daily tasks efficiently to meet customer needs and address urgent queries
  • Proactively manage deadlines and align customer strategies with the Key Account Manager

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated experience in account management, ideally within consumer products or related industries
  • Experience in managing small teams
  • Familiarity with private label or made-to-order product ranges is advantageous
  • Full UK drivers’ licence and own vehicle – must be driver due to location
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for building strong relationships
  • Customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service in a B2B environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Proactive, team-oriented approach with a logical mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement

Salary: 45k – 50k plus benefits
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5-hour week
