Job Details:

Candidates must be able to spend a minimum of 2 days / week on client site in Birmingham plus 1 day a month in London, Kensington Head Office and the rest remote.

As part of the Client Services team, you will be working a small portfolio of clients in Retail and Leisure and public sector and delivering against commercial, strategic and client satisfaction targets.
c.60% of your time will be focused on one key client and will require spending one day a week on client site.

The role involves:

Building, managing and developing client relationships and understanding their digital strategies
Development of account plans and solutions to your clients’ strategies
Growing the breadth and depth of services provided to your clients
Overseeing the delivery of projects working alongside a project manager for larger projects
Leading client facing meetings and drafting commercial documents and proposals
Supporting pitches You will be working to understand the clients’ business needs and working collaboratively across internal teams to deliver best in class solutions. The Account Manager role is hugely rewarding, as success requires a good understanding across a range of sectors, consultative selling skills, knowledge of the wide range of business capabilities and delivery of interesting projects.

There is a commission / bonus element to this role – OTE £75K


Build and manage client relationships at all levels
Gain an understanding of your clients’ different business divisions and be the trusted partner who will provide solutions to their digital needs and strategies
Develop, maintain and deliver against an account plan
Co-creating a client roadmap which you will be responsible to deliver
Supporting delivery of bi-annual business reviews and helping ensure they are thought provoking and innovative
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the Digital Solutions group
Show YOY revenue growth on your accounts
Be responsible for your account commercials and profitability
Co-ordinate internal teams and SME’s to ensure we are always providing value and are the trusted and innovative partner
Overseeing the delivery of projects by working with the relevant project manager and helping manage internal cross-functional teams, including dedicated client teams and subject matter experts
Review delivery against the client’s SLA; take ownership of client reporting internally and externally; for example: forecasts, burn, status, etc. Skills and experience:

Strong communication skills and ability to effectively manage client relationships
Proactive individual who has a solution-focused mindset
Passionate about delivering quality work for your clients
Detail orientated
Solid understanding of digital solutions including cloud hosting and digital development
A background in consultative selling
A desire to work with as part of a team
Strong organisation and facilitation skills
Team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Structured and clear thinker: ability to prioritise a demanding workload
The ability to absorb information and learn quickly. You are a logical thinker that connects the dots and always strives to proactively identify risks or issues that could impede delivery What we can offer you:
