Our client are a leading brand activation agency. Working in partnership with their clients, they win fans for brands, wherever they are, with a unique mix of sampling, experiential and influencer marketing.
There campaigns engage the right consumers with powerful brand interactions – at home, in-store, out of home or online.
They apply 20+ years of marketing experience to successfully deliver their clients requirements, across sectors including FMCG, health and beauty, luxury goods, retail and technology.
Essential accountabilities
Work with the Business Development team / Head of Campaign Management to respond to client briefs and establish a clear project plan for the campaign.
Understand client s needs and their key objectives / metrics for success. Set project KPIs and measurement criteria.
Write coherent briefs for relevant internal departments, including Creative, Design, Content, Staffing, Technical and Production.
Identify and coordinate all relevant internal resources that need to contribute to the planning, specification, creation and delivery of the campaign.
Create and maintain a detailed scope of work that clearly sets out the agreed tasks and deliverables for this company.
Ensure that the total potential scope of work is identified through the activity booking form and factored into client estimates and preparation of quotations.
Manage and document any change requests and adjust cost estimates and time plans accordingly.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed costs, not only achieving margin targets, but ultimately hitting clients KPIs.
Other required accountabilities
Act as a mentor and develop any junior staff reporting to you, utilising their skills to optimise client campaign activity. Support the wider team and upskill where necessary.
Identify staff training needs and provide or source appropriate coaching.
Show confidence and ability to identify, propose and develop internal changes necessary to initiate efficiency gains.
Develop and maintain high standards of their services and industry knowledge.
Prepare campaign reports, updates and analysis for line manager, management team and clients as required.
When an opportunity presents itself, upsell their services to an agreed client base.
Be able to problem-solve under pressure, essentially creating a solution focused approach.
Essential qualifications, knowledge & experience
A degree or relevant higher level of academic qualification OR evidence of relevant work experience at a successful first line management level will be acceptable.
Excellent written and spoken English skills in order to write strong campaign reports, training documents and internal and external emails, and to deliver solid presentations.
Strong project management experience and / or qualification.
At least 2 years’ successful professional experience in a similar, Campaign / Account Management role.
Ability to work across multiple fast-moving projects with multiple clients.
Proven client relationship development skills.
Experience of managing and developing people.
The ability to prioritise and work well under pressure and to deadlines when undertaking a multitude of projects.
Good understanding of campaign reporting and analysis
