Location:Lealholm, near Whitby

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 pa

Full time, permanent. Office based (with some flexibility)

Overview

Principal support to the Account Director in the Client Services Delivery Team, this key role means you will be involved in all aspects of the agency. Build trusting client relationships through regular, proactive and value-added communication whilst driving account strategy, campaign execution, leadership and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of and successfully manage multiple medium to large-sized projects end-to-end
• Oversee and support project management being undertaken by others within your team
• Line manage junior members within your team
• Be the main point of contact for your clients and take ownership of your client accounts
• Contribute to business development and sales

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 3-4 years of professional experience in marketing or an equivalent role
• Demonstrable experience in project management, client account handling, and working to deadlines
• Previous experience in line management
• Previous experience in managing and working with multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
• Educated to degree level or above
• IT Literate – Proficient in MS Office and G Suite
• Some previous digital marketing experience is desirable for this role
• Full driving licence and access to own vehicle insured for use for business travel purposes
