As Scrum Master, you will join our Cyber Security function getting the opportunity to not only have a great impact on our agile approach, but also will have an impact on fighting cybercrime in all its forms! You’ll make up part of the teams at Raytheon who are actively working with our customers to develop software solutions to help reduce these threats.

About the role:
* Support the team in understanding and applying the AGILE principals, along with improving communication with wider teams
* Facilitate the various ceremonies and other discussions, embedding conflict resolution as required
* Help the team to self-organise and get the most out of their combined skills whilst protecting the team from external distractions
* Coach the team on how to effectively break product down to allow frequent quality and value releases
* Be aware of any impediments/problems and support relevant team members in problem solving to remove/correct this
* Build trust with the team to a level where they will share problems without fear of blame, retribution or being judged and having confidence that you, as Scrum Master, will help them find solutions
* Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile delivery model, specifically SCRUM methodology
* Experience and good grasp of technical knowledge within software development is advantageous
* A proven track record of developing effective agile teams and working effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement and empowerment of a team
* Passion for learning and development, both personally and for your teams development in order to promote innovation
