Job Summary: The Sales Support Executive will provide vital assistance to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective customer interactions. This office-based role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and supporting sales initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and possesses strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales documents, proposals, and contracts.
  • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports, providing insights to the sales team and management.
  • Handle customer inquiries, providing information and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Support the sales team in organizing and executing sales campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to manage stock availability.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of sales meetings and presentations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
