Job Details:

Siamo are working with a well-respected company based in Cirencester, who are currently entering a period of massive growth within their achieving business, looking to add to their team by hiring a Sales Support Administrator.

As a Sales Support Administrator you will be providing support to the sales team and customers, ensuring that systems are kept up to date with the latest information, and ensure that all administration duties are successfully completed.

This role would suit someone with a high degree of administration experience, with knowledge around POs, internally systems, and invoices, that is looking to progress their career in a role that offers so much in terms of your career.

  • Starting salary of £25,000 – £28,000
  • Monday to Friday, 08:30hrs to 17:00hrs with 1 hour for lunch

Your duties as a Sales Support Administrator:

  • Schedule meetings for the sales team
  • Support the team in the sales process to ensure a professional and timely response
  • Run weekly/monthly reports from CRM system for the internal team
  • Be first line contact to help with enquiries, and customer details
  • Compile and send quotations and tender returns
  • Organising accommodation for sales team
  • Provide sales handover documentation
  • Maintain departmental information using logs, CRM system etc
  • Answering telephone, reception Rota, taking messages

The Ideal candidate for this Sales Support Administrator position will have:

  • High attention to detail
  • Highly organised
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Confident with ability to use own initiative and problem solve effectively
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, via telephone and emails
  • Experienced with MS Office to intermediate level
