About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, analytical, and results-driven Sales Program Manager to join our team. This is a new role at brsk which is responsible for developing our sales programme plan and liaising with stakeholders to ensure that the program is executed against our strategic vision.

The successful candidate will be familiar with various methodologies and have a track record of producing detailed programme plans and business cases for large and complex projects. You will ensure objectives are met, resources are managed effectively and that evaluations are conducted to assess outcomes and identify strategies to enhance performances and to scale solutions.

Key Objectives

Designing and executing a sales program in line with our strategic vision.

Taking the lead in developing sales program strategies that will help us overcome our unique sales challenge at scale.

Developing and maintaining detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones to align with organisation objectives.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, success metrics and key deliverables.

Identifying and mitigating potential risks, ensuring projects and initiatives stay on track and uptake targets are adhered to.

Continuously assessing and improving sales plans and optimizing program management processes to ensure changing circumstances and evolutions of the organisation are catered for and uptake targets are achieved.

About you

We are looking for someone who can be agile and apply ideas, methodologies and principles from various industries or environments to help solve an exciting and unique sales challenge associated to a fast-growing organisation.

You will be a strategic thinker with a passion for driving sales success through effective program management. We are looking for someone familiar with agile and scrum methodologies as well as a strong understanding of sales processes, project management methodologies and tools (supported by a Project Management Professional certification).

A key part of this role is collaborating across brsk so we are looking for someone who can lead and motive cross functional teams with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results and solution drive

Experience working in sales environments will be helpful but is not essential.
