Monday to Friday

8:30am – 5pm

£22K – £24K (depending on experience)

East London

Our well-established electrical supplier’s client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Order Processor to join their fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and administration. Full training will be provided with the associate as well as long-term career development.

Duties:

• To always offer exceptional customer service.
• Processing orders with accuracy.
• Sending order acknowledgements to customers.
• Answering the telephone to take enquiries, quote requests and orders.
• Responding to email enquiries.
• Liaising with our logistics partners to chase up deliveries.
• Becoming proficient in MACE ERP system.
• A range of other duties that will actively contribute to enhancing PEW’s market position as an industry leading distributor for quality products, customer service and knowledge base.
