This is an excellent and exciting opportunity to join an established yet expanding business with an excellent opportunity of career advancement.Our client would also encourage ex-military applications, although all applications are welcome.Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work towards delivering a business plan target.
• Register enquires from prospective vendors and book assessments.
• Value properties & gain instructions.
• Advise vendors of legal obligations.
• Assess the financial position of applicants.
• Keep updated on market conditions and competitor activities.
• Contribute innovative marketing ideas and support related initiatives.
• Carry out duties with integrity – meeting and exceeding targets.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2-years minimum management experience.
• Preferable NAEA qualified.
• Understand the full sales process and the legislation that governs it.
• Proven performance.
• Ability to develop new business and build a brand.
• Own car is essential
