Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, clinics, and key decision-makers. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. Possess in-depth knowledge of companies dental products. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling propositions of our offerings. Lead negotiations and close deals with prospective clients. Proven track record of success in dental sales at a senior level, with a minimum of 10 years of experience. Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. In-depth knowledge of dental market (UK and international). Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to negotiate and close deals effectively, particularly enterprise sales. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Willingness to travel (US & Europe). Familiarity with sales tools, CRM systems, and other relevant technologies.
