We’re a well-established signage and graphics company in the West Midlands, seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to existing and potential customers.
  • Use BaseCamp or similar CRM software to manage leads and track sales activities.
  • Visit customers to obtain a project brief and undertake basic site surveys (complex surveys will be handled by the Installation Manager).
  • Collaborate with colleagues in our internal drawing office and factory to ensure seamless delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

The Person

To be considered for this role, you ll need to:

  • Have a proven track record in selling signage and graphics.
  • Possess excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Be self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Understand all relevant processes in the day-to-day running of a company.
  • Must have a portfolio of existing loyal customers that can be brought over to the company.
  • Exhibit leadership skills within all areas of the business, not just in sales.
  • Be eager to play a key role in taking the company forward, with a potential investment opportunity.
  • Must be within easy commuting distance to Halesowen.
