THE BUSINESS

Our client is a one of the UK’s leading independent suppliers of Material Handling and Engineering products for companies around the UK. Our client is looking to hire a Sales Executive with a background in Industrial Sales. The role is to be based in Billingham.

THE ROLE

• Contacting potential and existing customers to inform them about products and services including identifying sales opportunities, generating/qualifying leads and converting leads to customers.
• Oversee a portfolio of customers
• Selling PPE, hand tools, drills, safety wear etc.
• Generate new leads
• Initiating outbound phone calls and communicating with potential and existing customers verbally and in writing throughout their sales cycle.
• Raising quotations, inclusive of quotations follow up and sales analysis.
• End to end sales pipeline management.
• Supporting the Strategic Key Account Manager with customer enquiries.
• Answering incoming calls to the division.
• Processing orders.
• Liaising with customers and suppliers, inclusive of raising sales and purchase orders.
• Achievement of targets.
