About the Role:

Shortlist are looking for a sales-focused individual to join our growing SDR team. You will be responsible for following leads from source, generating qualified sales leads through consultative conversation, and setting appointments for our primary clients. We are looking for someone with the drive to achieve results, flair for successful sales delivery and a determination to succeed. At the same time, you will be offered consistent development to improve and to take on further responsibilities for our clients.

Knowledge of the entire sales process, B2B marketing, lead generation, Account-based Marketing and funnel management role is desirable for success in this position. Continuous training will be provided to continually improve in these areas.

The role is based on-site 3 days a week, with 2 days a week working from home once probation has been passed.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prospecting on behalf of our clients
  • Qualifying warm and cold leads and setting appointments
  • Managing a prospect pipeline
  • Driving campaigns forward with proactive recommendations for improvement
  • Reporting back to key stakeholders, both internally and externally
  • Updating and maintaining appropriate systems, namely HubSpot CRM
  • Working to monthly targets and KPIs

Key Skills:

  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft office (Teams and Outlook)
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Successfully hitting KPI s each month to ensure targets are hit
  • Sales aptitude
  • Time management, planning, teamwork and organisational skills
  • Proven forms of lead generation


Salary £23-25k + Commission – £38k OTE
