£26k – £28K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission.

Telesales Executive , Inbound + Outbound
Warm Leads NO cold calling.
Monday – Thursday 10:0am – 6pm
Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Location – Hale, Altrincham WA15

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our clients team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our company’s growth by leveraging your skills to sign up new customers through inbound and outbound sales efforts. Your primary focus will be on converting inbound inquiries and warm leads into successful sign-ups, thereby contributing to the expansion of our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Acquisition: Proactively engage with potential customers interested in our cutting-edge full fibre broadband service. This involves adeptly converting inbound calls, reaching out to customers via WhatsApp, and initiating outbound calls to nurture leads.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential customers to foster trust and loyalty towards our brand.

Sales Negotiation and Closing: Utilise your negotiation prowess to discuss pricing, contract terms, and effectively close deals with customers. Skillfully address any objections or challenges that may arise during the sales process, guiding customers seamlessly towards successful sign-ups.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our broadband products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.

Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets to drive business growth and success.


  • Previous Sales Experience: While prior sales or telesales experience is preferred, we welcome candidates who demonstrate a strong aptitude for sales and a passion for exceeding targets.

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and convey information persuasively.

  • Negotiation and Closing Skills

  • Time Management and Organization


  • £26,000 – £28,000 basic salary

  • Uncapped Commission ( On Target £620 a month )

  • Company Mobile and Laptop

  • Hybrid Working ( Work from home 2 days a week )

  • Generous 25 days holiday, in addition to public holidays.

  • Incentives and team activities ( meals and event days ).

  • Option to work 1 Saturday a month

  • Overtime.
