We are working alongside one of the UKs leading HR Employment Law & Health & Safety organisations – Avensure, on the search for Sales Executives to join their existing team in the heart of Manchester City Centre.
This is a new and exciting role where you will join a successful business development team and have the opportunity to earn a highly competitive salary with amazing bonuses. What are we looking for?
Outbound Sales Executives to take on the demands of Avensure’s outsourcing solutions. To fit the criteria for the role you will already have a wealth of sales experience and be able to step into this role with confidence and a determination to succeed. You will need to be tenacious, able to manage your workload, and represent Avensure to the highest professional standard.
You will work within your own established geographical area within the UK being provided support from various marketing streams including our seminars and events programme.
You will work closely within a team and also individually – Identifying opportunities to target and finding the key decision maker in an organisation, introducing the company to Avensure.
Building strong relationships with intermediaries identifying potential clients and attracting new business.
You will also need to be comfortable cold calling and will need to hit daily KPI’s set by management.
Key skills required
Self-motivated, outgoing and resilient.
Strong ability to work under pressure individually, and within a team.
Customer and service delivery focused.
Have a proven background in sales/marketing – focused on securing profitable business.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Good IT skills.
