Our team is growing, we’re looking to recruit a Business Development Consultant to join our team of experienced Recruiters based in Rochdale.

The Job

• You’ll be a hunter; you’ll leave no stone unturned where opportunities are concerned.
• Your mission is to hunt out new business opportunities and book sales meetings for the team to close deals.
• You’ll naturally be confident on the phone, recruitment is hard, so we need a positive person who is resilient and driven to succeed.
• Being part of a close knit team gives you the opportunity to shine, to bring new ideas to the table and play a pivotal part in the growth and development of the company.

• You’ll already have some telephone based sales experience, ideally 6+ months.
• Ideal experience will be some form of telesales, new business sales, estate agent, high volume calling.
