Sales Administrator

£25,000 to £27,000, 8.00am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 1.00pm on a Friday. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

A new opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and results driven individual to join a global manufacturing company. Reporting to the UK Financial Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for: –

Assisting the UK Commercial and Sales Administration Function, and using SAP and other systems to ensure pricing, tooling and orders are maintained and correct. Attention to detail is a key skill that is needed as well as good written and verbal communication, with the ability to identify and resolve problems autonomously.

Sales Administrator Key Tasks

  • Ensuring the correct level of sales prices in SAP. UseSAP to create and maintain sales orders.
  • Tracking the accuracy of prices used in settlements with customers (changes in material prices, savings, correction invoices).E.gRun price variance report monthly and investigate price differ.
  • Reporting of sales results
  • Support the preparation of the volume forecast.
  • Support the Sales Forecasting process.
  • Support the preparation of data and information for claims management
  • Administration of modifications asked by customers (sending information to relevant departments, administering an offer, following the implementationand invoicing process).
  • Supporting the preparation of budget assumptions for the coming years (collating volumes, sales prices).
  • Tracking and updating data in internal systems
  • Participating in cost saving initiatives.
  • Create internal orders to enable payment to be invoiced to customers

Sales AdministratorKey requirements

  • Competent in SAP (or as a minimum demonstrable experience with relevant system work) & MS Office, excellence in Excel.
  • High standard of attention to detail, andbe able to identify and resolve issues.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good numerical accuracy.

Sales Administrator Experience

  • Experienced Administrator within a Professional environment.
  • Ideally experience within fast paced and corporate industrial environment
  • Team Player, willing to take on duties outside of immediate scope, to support the wider team achieve it’sobjectives
