This Sales Account Manager vacancy will have the following responsibilities:

  • Managing, nurturing and converting new prospect clients demonstrating business solutions and products.
  • Record prospect information via the internal CRM System
  • Retain and demonstrate high quality product knowledge, keeping up to date with business and software development.
  • Work consistently to achieve KPI targets and SLA S inline with department objectives.
  • Managing incoming calls and emails from new clients ensuring efficient and accurate communication.
  • Reporting to and supporting the Sales Manager with ad-hoc duties within the department.

The Sales Account Manager ideal for this vacancy with have the below:

  • Previous experience within a previous sales position essential
  • Proven management and nurturing of client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Familiar exposure using and navigating an internal CRM system being advantageous
  • Knowledge of fleet management is desirable
  • Confident understanding of Microsoft packages (Excell, word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with sales packages such as salesforce, HubSpot and Pandadoc is advantageous
  • The ability to work well under pressure and thrive within a growing business
