We are seeking three motivated and experienced Sales Account Managers to join their business development team. You will have a background in IT sales and be capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while also driving new business opportunities.

We are particularly interested in receiving applications from experienced account managers in either a VAR or MSP within the UK selling a range of IT services and products.

The role:

Account Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.

Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the IT industry.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with clients at all levels, from basic users to CTO decision-makers in IT departments.

Portfolio Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our Client s portfolio of services and solutions to effectively present and sell to customers. Data Hosting, Protection, Connectivity, Analytics (AI/ML), support and monitoring and security.

Customer Conversations: Engage with clients on a range of IT topics including everything from end users and peripherals all the way to complex IT infrastructure projects and AI.

The person:

Degree educated in a relevant discipline

Experience: Progressive sales experience, within the IT industry.

Knowledge: Familiarity with IT infrastructure and solutions, including but not limited to user hardware, connectivity, data management, and cybersecurity.

Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to a diverse audience.

Proactivity: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.

Team Player: Ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to overall sales strategies.

A collaborative and dynamic work environment which requires dynamic professionals to join the team
