What will you be doing?
Coaching and performance managing a team of around 10 Business Development Managers. We will support you in significantly impacting the team to ensure that their capability improves through coaching, development and training. You will have field support tools, training programs and productivity initiatives, account and territory planning methodologies and customer communication tools to aid you in achieving your sales targets for your area.
Recruiting and building a team.
Develop your already advanced forecasting and reporting experience to input into the reports which our Head of Field Sales provides to our Sales Director.
Build your peer support and strong internal-company relationships to advance your knowledge of Handepay and your exposure within the Sales function.
The pace is fast, so we need people who are driven, focused and want to succeed.
Accountabilities and performance measures?
We want you to meet assigned team quotas for sales, profits, and strategic objectives and implement effective coaching and development of the Business Development Managers in your team.
What would we like from you?
Proven team management experience
A successful track record in sales
It would be desirable if you have a background in the payments industry
Self-driven, results orientated with a positive outlook
Someone who really wants to make a difference and is prepared to work beyond normal working hours
Good organisational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
As a RSM you will be required to travel extensively.

£57,000 basic salary
Car allowance of £6,000
OTE £75 – £80k
25 days holiday
