Faculty / Directorate

The Faculty of Health and Life Sciences (HLS) is a large Faculty that offers education across a number of Health and Social Care courses and is home to four specialist schools – The Leicester School of Allied Health Sciences, the School of Applied Social Sciences, The Leicester School of Nursing and Midwifery, and The Leicester School of Pharmacy.

Role

An exciting role has arisen in our team for a Quality Assurance (QA) Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis on a twelve-month fixed term contract. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks supporting the Quality Assurance work within the Faculty. You will be responsible for servicing and supporting programme validations, accreditations, programme and module modifications and collaborative partnership provision. Liaising with a number of stakeholders to progress QA and ensure compliance in the Faculty. You will be responsible for preparing committee papers, liaising with the Chair and ensuring accurate minutes and actions plans are captured.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated individual to work as part of the busy Faculty Office Team. You will need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills/abilities through your liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications would be advantageous. Alongside this, if you possess excellent organisational skills, have experience of meeting strict deadlines and enjoy providing excellent standards of administrative support then this role could be a great one for you.

Interviews will take place week commencing 15 August 2022.
