Project Manager
A fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable, multi-brand travel company where you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects across the business. Salary of up to 50k, hybrid working at modern Surrey office. Fantastic range of company benefits and staff travel discounts.

Project Manager Role & Responsibilities:

  • Management of multiple projects & work streams through full project life-cycle, to ensure they are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Define and document scope of projects.
  • Forecast & management of resources needed to achieve objectives in an effective manner, securing and assigning the right resource to the right tasks.
  • Preparing budgets and tracking costs.
  • Ensure all risks and issues are reported and escalated.
  • Maintain project schedule and work plan, monitor progress and update as needed.
  • Adhere to company project management principles.
  • Effective stakeholder management and project communication.
  • Oversee third-party partners, ensuring they meet required quality, budget, and timelines.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement and drive effective project governance across all work-streams.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure supplier relationships are well managed and consistent.

Project Manager – Skills & Experience Required:

  • In depth project management experience, preferably gained within the travel industry but other backgrounds will also be considered.
  • Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of best practice, project management software tools and methodologies.
  • Commercial acumen with an ability to assess data.
  • Hands-on, flexible and solution focused characteristics.

Project Manager – Additional Information:

  • Salary 40k to 50k dependent on experience.
  • Hybrid working – 3 days in Surrey office and 2 remote.
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing with length of service.
