MA Healthcare, the healthcare division of the increasingly successful media company Mark Allen Group, is offering someone motivated and results-driven a chance to support the Head of Projects in commissioning, developing and delivering client-sponsored publications and activities for the healthcare industry (supplements, guides, webinars, consensus documents, podcasts, conferences, etc.) You might even get the opportunity to travel within the UK and abroad for conferences and events.

To really succeed as Project Manager, you will be confident in providing client and author liaison throughout the whole project lifecycle, maintaining quality standards and delivering projects on time and on budget
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Commissioning editorial content
* Performing author/medical writer research
* Identifying reviewers and liaising with them to ensure on-time delivery
* Monitoring and implementing editorial and press schedules
* Attending conferences, meetings and events as required
* Updating clients and the Sales department on the progress of each project
* Collating and filing quotes, proposals and budgets for each project
* Liaising with the accounts department for author payments, and dealing with complimentary copies
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and, in a perfect world, Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) but we can always teach you.

Flexible working: We are coming into the office 2 days a week to be with our teams and working 3 days remotely. You are of course, welcome to work in the office for more than 2 days if this suits you better. This role is based from our Herne Hill office
