One of our water clients are looking for a Project Manager in the Wessex Water patch looking after a portfolio of large water treatment projects. Contract ASAP Start Location – Bristol Rate – £400-£450 pday PAYE Umbrella Please see a brief job specification of what is required: Client facing role, reporting to the Contracts Manager. Documented Safety Inspections Lead development of and submit Construction Phase Plan Early contractor Involvement (ECI) on schemes Submit Contract Programme for “acceptance” following contract award Ownership & revision updates through Construction phase Input EW/CE & demonstrate effect Schedule & lookahead with Site Managers & document meeting (Each live project) Confirm capacity on nomination of scheme Agree & schedule all key dates – Tender reviews/sign off/walkover etc Attend Post Tender/Risk/TC reviews & document Review & approve all EW/CE’s prior to client submission Sign off Commercial Team forecast prior to CVR Sign off prepared Scheme Progress Report & issue to client Chair or lead (where Client Chaired) Progress meet
