Are you a Product Manager with extensive experience within Financial Services?

Would you like to join a thriving and rapidly growing Challenger Bank?

Can you turn your hand to deliver IT Workplace solutions, roadmaps, and strategy for End User Compute?

Have you built products that utilise Microsoft 365/Azure?

The Role

As the successful Product Manager you will join this evolving Challenger Bank at a time they’re investing into their systems, people and infrastructure more than anytime in their history. As the successful candidate you’ll be heading up the Modern Workplace, you’ll also be responsible for the continuous improvement of the Workplace’ technology estate. The role will assume responsibility for the current and future application portfolio with the Microsoft 365 application stack, advising on and enhancing existing software and fulfilling requests for new capabilities with additional applications and driving user adoption across our business.

Key Skills

  • 10+ years within a regulated Financial Services (or similar) environment preferred, but not essential.
  • A proven leader who excels under pressure and able to keep things simple.
  • Considerable experience managing enterprise Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint Online, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Power Platform technologies. Proficient in the strategic use case and organisational benefits of modern Workplace solutions.
  • Accustomed in divisional/department/programmatic level budget management.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in creating technology roadmaps and considering business requirements.
  • Experience with integrations and migration paths from on-prem solutions to Microsoft 365
  • Management experience including some combination of service management of SharePoint, Exchange, Microsoft Teams and/or workflow tools such as Microsoft PowerAutomate & PowerPlatform tools preferred, but not essential.
  • Microsoft and ITIL certifications are highly regarded.
  • SRM and Vendor contract management

Salary & Benefits

In return, the successful candidate will receive between £80k-£110k p.a + bonus + benefits
