Job Details:

We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Owning of the operational and commercial relationships with new partnerships and providing exemplary partner profiling and CRM data management
  • Provide clear and insightful updates on new partnership onboarding to ensure rapid partnership incubation and transition to growth status
  • Assessing opportunities, understanding behaviour, testing hypotheses with data analysis
  • You’ve spent at least five years at a business with a partnership channel and solution based sales business model
  • You have acquired scalable partnerships in a fast-growing product-focused company before, as a Partnership Manager or Sales Manager or similar.
  • You know and are passionate about referral based deal making businesses and have proven experience of operating, managing and defining risk and governance of sales pipelines within a B2B environment
  • You have experience negotiating commercial contracts
  • You’re organised, pragmatic and capable of leading complex multi faceted partnership deals; we’re after someone who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty and remove any blockers that might be on the critical path to commercial success
  • You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving company where priorities can change and processes may need to be created from scratch
  • You have technical knowledge and experience with selling to platform based business models
  • You thrive working with a multi functional team and demonstrate tangible passion for partner success
  • You have experience with sales operations and sales process change management
  • You have experience of dealing with and selling to aggregator based organisations and enjoy the dynamics of the SME market.
