OnDemand Marketing Lead
We are currently seeking a dynamic, experienced Marketing professional to join our team and lead our Marketing function; you will be responsible for developing and implementing Marketing strategies to support On Demand Division growth.
The role requires a leader with strong people skills, a digital-first mindset, and a proven ability to design and deliver impactful marketing strategies that achieve excellent brand positioning and value perception amongst a diverse set of customers.
It is a highly visible role, and you will collaborate with the Senior leadership team feeding into company-wide strategic and operational marketing initiatives.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and drive an innovative Marketing strategy that is aligned with business objectives
- Supporting all Ondemand business units with their marketing requirements, including Conferences, Portal launches, Catalogues, Website content plus A.O.B
- Managing brand positioning across all channels
- Analysing market trends and making strategic decisions based on insights
- Ensuring Marketing campaigns are effective and meet targets, continuously adapting based on results and changes in market dynamics
- Developing new product concepts and managing their launch through market testing
- Robust project management to ensure all initiatives projects are delivered within agreed timelines and budgets
- Drive deliverables of your function, ensuring on-time execution of Marketing activities and performance against lead forecasts.
- Identify new collaboration and co-marketing opportunities that align with our business priorities.
- Research trends and make recommendations to adjust strategy and tactics to increase effectiveness.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an inhouse marketing role
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience in multi-channel demand strategies, including content, campaigns and social Media
- Hands-on experience using CRM platforms.
- Creative, passionate marketer with a desire to innovate and transform marketing practices and strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and execute both strategically and creatively.
- Experience using data to inform growth strategies.
- Experience working with sales, customer success, and product leaders to support specific cross-functional business objectives.
- A self-starter with a passion to get the job done.
