About the opportunity

The National Sales Manager offers an opportunity for a high-performing strategic sales leader to make a significant impact within a nationally renowned company. As our National Sales Manager, you’ll drive business growth initiatives and ignite revenue generation across diverse channels. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with Senior Leadership team, this role is pivotal in shaping the company’s success. In doing this, the National Sales Manager will; amongst other things:

  • Lead the Sales and Customer Service Teams to drive performance and achieve revenue targets while ensuring S&OP and Logistics alignment.
  • Champion and further build a customer and market led business approach.
  • In collaboration with the Sales and Customer Service Teams, develop and execute growth-focused sales strategies aligned with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channels, and stakeholders.
  • Provide insightful data analytics and reporting to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Own and drive the Sales and Operations Planning process to ensure alignment between sales forecasts and operational capabilities, optimising supply chain efficiency.
