Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Central London (hybrid working)

Salary: Up to 45,000 per annum (DOE)

Role Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to enhance their brand visibility and drive lead generation. You will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in email marketing, CRM HubSpot, and B2B marketing to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Create and implement data-driven email marketing campaigns, optimizing for engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage and segment our CRM system (HubSpot), maintaining a clean database and ensuring accurate customer information.
• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns that attract and nurture leads throughout the customer journey.
• Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and analyze data to make data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with the content team to create persuasive marketing content that aligns with campaign objectives.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline processes and enhance campaign efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation in marketing efforts.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role with a focus on email marketing, CRM HubSpot, and B2B marketing.
• Demonstrable experience in developing successful email marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Proficiency in CRM HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and tactics.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing performance metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting persuasive content.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing approaches.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
