About Us:

Join a prominent organization at our Rugby office as a Marketing and Events Trainee. We’re seeking a motivated individual to start a career journey within our marketing team, supporting internal and external events and contributing to our marketing initiatives.

Principal Purpose:

As the Marketing and Events Trainee, you’ll play a crucial role in learning and supporting the marketing team, managing events, and ensuring seamless organizational support. Your responsibilities will include coordinating contacts made during live show days and providing general support to the marketing department.

Primary Functions:

Manage the booking and logistics of marketing events.

Create comprehensive event schedules and assist in kick-off meetings.

Set up campaign IDs and data-capture in SAP.

Report and catalogue contacts made at events.

Qualify inquiries using marketing tools.

Maintain records within CRM systems.

Develop product knowledge and support marketing strategies.

Prepare reports on lead conversion and sales activities.

Support the Marketing department’s development.
