What will I be doing in the role?

The role purpose is to work in partnership with the business to support the delivery of a customer and profitable growth strategy through improving effectiveness across key account customers, whilst identifying continued sales opportunities, ensuring maximum sales are achieved and strong working relationships are in place to support and deliver the best customer experience,

First and foremost, we always want to recruit talented people that align well with our values and way of working. For this role in particular we are looking for a commercially focused and target driven Major Account Manager with demonstrated experience of working within a sales environment with a background in contract sales being an advantage and a proven record of sales and margin growth

In this role you will;

Design and deliver sales plans in order to meet, achieve and exceed sales and margin targets and budgets, with an aim to maximise brand performance and deliver an exceptional customer value proposition

Primary contact for designated customer accounts across the business, ensuring they receive excellent service at all times, whilst continuously expanding on our customer offer

Provide improved business solutions that drive delivery of continuous improvement from the business to the customer across designated accounts, through collaboratively working to deliver business tools and processes to support enhanced sales performance

Work collaboratively across the business to support the delivery of the sales strategy, through delivering an exceptional customer experience to improve our market position
