Our client’s Training has been meeting the needs of customers for both technical and health & safety training since 2000 and via a team of highly skilled trainers, offers a wide range of courses within health & safety, working at height, workplace safety, rail and plant. Courses are delivered throughout a nationwide network of 40 centres of excellence which are purpose built and comprehensively kitted out with the facilities and amenities you would expect from an industry leading training organisation.

To provide information on the training courses we provide, to be the first point of contact and deal with the initial enquires. To provide customers with booking confirmation via email and phones whilst adhering to the client’s positive attitude.
Represent the company and values of the business and portray a professional and business-like image to all customers, potential customers, and other people you meet in the course of your working day.
To follow specific key account process procedures.
Support RSMs with daily tasks and processing of training orders.
Raise customer orders as and when required.
Answer all calls presented to them and meet or exceed the departments high standard of call quality.
To offer help and support to all internal and external customers while ensuring all customer’s needs are met
Strive to exceed customer’s expectations by providing excellent service and care.
Ensure that orders are accurate.
Comply with office standards and safety and security procedures.
Seek guidance from your Team Leader and seek all opportunities for self-development.
To carry out other duties when required.
To attend training courses when asked, to help you develop in your role.Experience/Knowledge/Skills Required:
Attention to detail
Multi-tasking and prioritising
Able to work on your own and as part of a wider team
Good communication skills
Good organisation skills
Good time keeping skills
Self-motivated to target driven work
Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
Managing Key accounts on a day-to-day basis
