27,000 – 29,000 DOE + 6% bonus

We’re excited to be working with an industry leader in their field, as they continue to expand their team due to ongoing success. They are looking for a motivated Internal Sales to join their dynamic team and contribute to our continued success.

This position will actively support and maintain customer accounts, ensuring maximum value and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing and increasing the volume, revenue, and margin of their premium products through effective lead generation and project management.

Description of the role:

  • Maintain and support customer accounts.
  • Develop business relationships and manage project pipelines proactively.
  • Identify and qualify quality sales leads for sales team follow-up.
  • Administer supplier agreements and convert project/site pipelines into orders.
  • Accurately manage and track project pipelines with consistent data entry.
  • Assist in the preparation of customer proposals and agreements.
  • Collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to secure orders.
  • Negotiate deals within agreed parameters to secure orders.
  • Ensure service and availability standards are met for client orders.
  • Create key marketing materials and customer communications.
  • Report regularly on market activity, trends, and competitor information.
  • Achieve and measure KPIs related to lead generation, project tracking, and order conversion.

About you:

  • Knowledge of supply chain desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong planning and organising skills.
  • Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word & Excel).
  • Self-motivated with excellent customer service and telephone communication skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver sales growth
  • Sales experience and strong product knowledge.
