The Commercial Team of SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Account Manager
The primary objective of the National Account team is to deliver profitable growth in new and current customers whilst also ensuring business improvement in accordance with Group Policies and Procedures. The Internal Sales Manager will be expected to play a supporting role in the development of the sales and marketing strategy and will be expected to support the delivery of the budgeted plans The position will be both field and office based, however it is envisaged that the ISM will utilise his/her time with best effect to establish and manage the relationships needed to deliver new customers and profitable sales to the company.
Sales team support
– Provide full support to TIP implant by acting as key contact on behalf of the business. – Back fill TIP implant during planned holidays and/or unplanned sickness. – Monitoring sales for the National Account sales teams. – Actively managing the role of key administrator for Phocas & Autopart. – Supporting in creating generation of reports and dashboards in Phocas. – Reviewing Pipeliner to support all New Business activity. – Working and supporting key service delivery departments to ensure customers’ SLA are met. – Supporting in creating and delivery of new starter induction programme. – Supporting in managing the collation and tracking of the staff training schedule. – Assisting in monitoring performance against annual targets.
– Working with Marketing to ensure regular planned e-shots are distributed – Liaising with product promotion suppliers for branded goods e.g. – uniform, merchandise, business cards etc – & email addresses for direct customer contact – Liaising with the external social media company to ensure that the value created is measure able and offers a return on investment
Internal Customer Data management and External market Knowledge
– The ISM will have a pivotal role in the enhancement of the customer management system. The solution for the businesses CRM will be cost efficient and aims to deliver immediately quantifiable benefits. – The ISM will also be tasked with ensuring that the CRM systems is used to its full capacity to deliver the quantifiable benefits to all departments and add additional margin to the products that are sold. Benefits:
- Basic Salary £35K
- Car/cash £450 per month
- Pension Ers 3%, Ees 5%
- Field and Office baded
