Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture relationships Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

• Identify new opportunities Proactively seek out and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

• Provide expert advice Offer product knowledge and guidance to clients, helping them choose the best safety solutions for their needs.

• Meet and exceed targets Set and achieve sales targets while consistently delivering excellent customer service.

• Collaborate with the team Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in safety footwear, workwear, or PPE.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry trends is a plus.
